  • To Confirm Your Booking and Run Your Tour: To comply with local regulations and secure your permits, trains, and hotels, we require:
    • Full name and passport copy/number.
    • Date of birth.
    • Dietary restrictions and allergies.
    • Relevant medical information (especially for high-altitude treks, to ensure your safety).
    • An emergency contact.
  • To Coordinate Your Logistics: Two days before your arrival, we'll ask for your flight details (airline, flight number, arrival time) and luggage count to ensure a flawless pickup.

3. Who We Share Your Information With

Your trust is our priority. We only share your data when it's strictly necessary to operate your trip. This includes:

  • Service Providers: Hotels, airlines, train operators, guides, and transportation partners who need to identify travelers.
  • Government Authorities: For issuing permits to sites like Machu Picchu and the Inca Trail.
  • Management Software: In the future, we may use a booking management software to streamline our processes, always under strict confidentiality agreements.
